STATUS

Status as of November 2023: The building's exterior is complete. We are working on the interior, finishing apartments in line with sales. Common areas, such as the parking garage and roof terrace, are finished. Apartment owners are moving in. See the apartment selector for views from each individual apartment.

EXTERIOR AESTHETICS

All apartments feature a terrace or balcony. These have slatted railings on the back side of the building (north/east) and glass on the front apartments (south/west).

We have chosen dark gray tones with lighter colors on windows and doors. Large window areas ensure plenty of light and great views.

This ensures that the building, which is located right by the river and surrounded by large open spaces, fits well with the existing buildings and the surrounding nature.

INTERIOR FINISHING

Step into a practical, tiled hallway. Walls are clad with wood paneling treated with panel stain. The ceiling is finished in painted gypsum. For the flooring, we have chosen matte lacquered, single-strip oak parquet from HallingGulv, while the bathroom comes with tiles on both the floor and walls, featuring stylish furnishings from Ballingslöv.

The kitchen is fitted with cabinetry from Drømmekjøkkenet and Electrolux appliances (refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, and built-in induction cooktop).

In the hallway and bedrooms, sliding door wardrobes from Elfa are installed. We offer options for additional choices and customizations so you can have your apartment just the way you want it.

The advantage and core value of Breidablikk Geilo speak for themselves. You see the beautiful, inviting nature from any window you look out of. Hiking terrain right outside your door for all seasons. It's only 500 meters from the railway station and the shops/restaurants in the center, where a short ski bus ride takes you to the foot of the mountain on both the Geilo side and Vestlia. Miles of groomed ski tracks and slopes in winter, great cycling routes and trails for mountain hikers and sport fishermen year-round.

And after a long, active day, it’s quite nice to retreat to an apartment that’s in the center of it all.

ONCE YOU'VE MOVED IN

Each apartment comes with one included sports storage unit and one parking space. The project features great outdoor areas for children and a communal rooftop terrace on the 6th floor.

The building will be organized as a condominium association. Common expenses are calculated from maintenance, insurance, lighting/heating of common areas, cleaning of common areas, caretaker services, management, operation of the elevator, and other operating costs. The condominium share will be determined with the total gross floor area (BRA) as a reference, and the individual apartment's BRA as a factor. Common costs are expected to be approximately NOK 27.90 per m2 BRA per month. This is an estimate, and actual common costs will depend on the association's operating expenses, including the services the association procures. The first year's operating budget and common costs will be decided by the annual meeting.
